Why the professionals should take care for my research?

A complete genealogical research demands  language skills (e.g. Russian, Polish), knowledge related to the records, registration procedures, and historical context, such as  the law. Also required is basic knowledge on where to search for records. An inexperienced researcher will have to come back many times to the archives in Eastern Europe to find all relevant documents and certificates and complete the necessary research. On your own, it takes a lot of money and time, more than that required of our services.

What are the terms and conditions of the research?

The terms and conditions are stipulated in our standard research agreement, which we may obviously adjust to your individual requirements.

In what form will I receive the results of your research?

You have a choice. Some of our customers ask us just for raw data extracted from the certificates, other ask for certificate copies with translation. You will always receive a complete report listing exact reference numbers of searched files and their location.

Prices and payment.

Each research project is priced individually. Please contact us for a personalized research proposal. Prices range from €250 for a basic project to a few thousand euros for an extensive genealogical inquiry involving full reporting and certified documentation.

First, we estimate the overall time required for the research based on the initial data you provide. Then, you can decide how many hours you would like to hire us for.
